I am preparing Islamiyat in english and I just need your help

I am preparing Islamiyat in english and I just need your help in how to attempt the paper...

I just have a few questions:

1)Can we quote people like ordinary people,books.Also what about statistics? Like for example if there is a question on comparison of religions keeping in mind any issue...can we quote ramayan,bible? and also politicians....(along with ahadees and ayats obviously)

2)The answering style?

3)If we are writing an ayat which is very long...if we can't memorize the whole of it can we writ like this?

"And say to the faithful women to lower their gazes, and to guard their private parts, and not to display their beauty except what is apparent of it, and to extend their headcoverings (khimars) to cover their bosoms (jaybs), and not to display their beauty except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband's fathers, ........................And turn in repentance to Allah together, O you the faithful, in order that you are successful "

also if I have to do selective study what topics should I focus on?

and lastly the paper pattern has changed...how ill the ten surah's come?

1. you can quote any thing but relevant.

2. Islamic political system
3. Islamic Economical system
4. Human rights in islam
5. Islam and its effectiveness in today,s world.
6. Articles and pillars of Islam
7. Sources of Shariah and its implementation in the modern world
8. Religion, Deen, Islam and their need in human life+ implementation in modern world.
9. Justice In islam
10. Social system of islam and its effectiveness in the modern world.
11. Democracy vs Islam...analysis/ Compare/ contrast.
These are some selective topics which are of utmost importance.

It has not come in CE 2012, you may set it aside as an option.
These all topic should be prepare while keeping the current situation of the modern world.

Anaum, here i would like to suggest you that, you buy Islam the Fragrant Deen by Islamia book store, it is the best book for Islamait,

further it isn't hard and fast rule that you must read a particular book, are books. try to gate knowledge from every where.

In CE-2012, MCQs part includes translation of words/ayat from last ten surah.
