it is the only one part of the policy you have discussed however, wardha scheme and all other things were also the part of the policy that alienated.
dictatorship of congress,
refusal to form coalition
and to form coalition they demanded to give up the membership of AIML and pay allegiance to congress, dont function as separate working group was also there.

For 11), 7 factions signed the accord, in addition to the President of Afghanistan.

For 10), I believe January, February, March 1972, and NoT, were given as options. In this case, it would be NoT.

10) You are right. The correct answer, then, would be none of these.
11) There are seven parties to the accord, president of Afghanistan and six mujahideen factions. Question only asked about number of mujahideen factions. Correct answer would be 6, I guess.

Yeah, there were a total of 8 parties. One faction, Harkat-e-Islami, didn't sign the document.
