To my best knowledge the book The Struggle for Pakistan by Ishtiaq Hussain Qureshi is not available in the soft copy on the internet, you can buy it from the market, it shall cost you not more than Rs.500.

It is only available in hard form and cover only pre partition era for Pakistan Studies paper.
