Suggest me books for above mentioned topics?

You can consult:
Geography, Economy and People of Pakistan by Fazle Karim Khan
It contains all the topics you want to have, plus you have to read articles for latest information, trends, problems etc.

agree with Miss Bukhari, Karim Khan's book is simply the BEST for the purpose it is a comprehensive one with elegant contents supported by convincing statistics, the data may require updation; else it is perfect. i have done it with geography.

agreed with bukhari, but that i know it is not available in market. try to buy it other wise mian Muhammad Anwar's book is also meets with your requirements...
