I assume that it will be announced on Wednesday keeping in mind Hamood Ranjhas Facebook status, Saud's statement etc.

No it's definitely not three months... If your center is Islamabad/faislabad, you'll hardly get 25-30 days. Interview at lahore center usually begins after Islamabad. Usually, Lahore center has three phases. But most people's interviews are done by the time third phase of lahore starts.
Sequence, usually :
1 Islamabad phase 1
Lahore phase 1
Islamabad phase 2
Lahore phase 2..
Other centers.
I was in lahore phase 2 and I got 40-45 days after written result.

You are right, there could be variation in dates of interviews of different candidates. In 2021, CSS written result was declared on the last day of September and one of my friend's interview was on 15 December, means 2.5 months.

Islamabad's last phase and Baluchistan come in the last.. Lahoris and Islamabadis must be prepared. They won't get much time..

Best wishes for everyone. If your name is in the list, alhamdulillah. If it's not, please don't be so hard on you. There are a lot of uncontrolled factors in this exam even if you prepare very well. If you want to take another attempt, this time try your best to cover your shortcomings, especially the essay! If you don't want to take another attempt, put hardwork somewhere else. The world is full of opportunities for hardworking folks. All the very best!
