Apparently they are finalized, so when will they be released?

I think allocations would be announced after deciding ate of the two withheld candidates. Most probably it would take two weeks atleast.

Farhan sahab firstly congrats, you did very well.Secondly, although withheld cases are just two, wasn't the issue of problematic cases closer to 15, if it was only two then BD could've resolved it sooner and released both allocation and merit list together.Personally i think there are lot more people in trouble then just two
