Special attention should be given to essay, precis and Islamyat. These are the subjects in which majority candidates are failed.Try to read dawn daily. Also analyse the writing style of columnists in dawn.Try to see how do they use phrases and learn one or two new words each day which you can use in the essay. In the precis paper,i think the most important thing is precis and translation. If you attempt these well then you have a good chance of passing the paper.Dont forget to suggest a heading for your precis.Sometimes candidates forget to do so in hurry and loose 5 marks. In Islamyat, quote Ayat,Ahadith, sayings of Ahl e Bait and Sahaba.Go through the history of Islam especially the time of the Holy Prophet(Peace be upon Him) and the first 100 years after him as that will help you to understand our religion in a deeper way. Also study what led to the downfall of muslims and what can be done to counter it.Dont potray any extremism but also dont be too liberal.Attempt the paper in the true spirit of Islam.Rest you should solve past papers to increase your writing speed as it is of great importance in the exam hall.Plan your answers according to time.Attempt those questions first which you have prepared well in a neat way.Start memorising quotations and facts from now so that by exam time you will have enough of these to use in the papers. While solving the exam make things easy for the examiner such as highlighting important infornation and facts.Keep track of time during the exam and try your best to answer all the questions. Most importantly, try to pray regularly and have firm faith in Allah Almighty that He will help you.All the best to all aspirants Insh Allah.

There is no fixed technique for answering a question.Everyone has to answer it in his/her own style.Giving intro or conclusion is not neccessary but doing so will help you to structure your answer and will also allow the examiner to easily understand what you are trying to say.
