plz fill in the blanks in suretu bond...

[COLOR="Blue"][SIZE="5"][SIZE="5"]signed and delivered this------day of----200.[/SIZE][/SIZE][/COLOR]I received 2 copies of same letter ..what i understand is to send one acceptance letter( written on plain paper ) along with surety bond which we got in the letter to the section officer of ministry and second to the DG CSA.
AM I RITE?

secondly someone on the forum told about stamp paper for surety purposes...plz elaborate...

this is like this for eg: "signed on this 11th day of Nov 2009

yes dc u r rite,,,but not totally,,,,yes two letters were coz of the mistake in first letter(instead of 2008,they mis-typed 2007)i,,,they sent another continuation letter.....the bond is to be written on 100rs stamp paper and sent to Director General CSA along with an acceptance letter,,,,mind it its the original bond to DG,,,keep a photocopy with u for record,,,send only a letter of accepting the appointment to ministry...

Whereas the President has selected the Probationer as a Civil Servant (BPS-17) under the Federal Government of Pakistan and who for that purpose is to undergo training at public expense.
Now the condition for the above written bond is that if the Probationer:-
i) Successfully completes his/her training.
ii) Does not resign his/her service during the period of his/her probation and three years thereafter on any ground other than ill health certificate to the satisfaction of the President; and
iii) Is not dismissed or removed from service misconduct during that period:
Then the above written obligation will be null and of no effect, otherwise the same shall be and remain in full force and virtue.

NOTES:-
1) Names should be legibly written.
2) Full names and addresses of Surety and of witnesses should be legibly written.
3) A Government servant already under a similar bond of service should not be accepted as a Surety for a probationer.

well you ppl talked of getting the bond on a stamp paper worth 100 rupees but we ppl executed it on 30 rupees stamp paper.

surety bond on stamp paper of less than Rs. 100 is inadmissible.

you don't have to send the bond now. you can prepare it and send a photocopy. deliver the original personally when they call you.

i checked with our concerned ministry,,,and they were like "original copy bejni hey" coz it is also mentioned in the letter in 3rd para that if u fail to furnish this bond to the DG CSA, before joining, you will not be permitted to join academy..

you must send it for your own satisfaction. but 'before joining' means you can submit it even on the first day at csa. or am i wrong?

the offer letter is itself a masterpiece. it mentions our basic pay at rs. 8210. and it's so unfortunate that i had to accept my appointment at this outdated salary.

yeah that can also be done on 1st day even,,,coz i read somewhere in forum that surety bond is to b submitted on day of joining,,,yeah same here,,,ours was mentioned as 9850...

the offer letter mentions that one should convey his/her acceptance through telegram but the telegram facility is no more available so is it OK to send acceptance through registered post???
