Renaissance ,French Revolution,Russian Revolution,Iran Revolution and most prominent Lawyers movement in Pakistan achieved success by working cordially,wholeheartedly,and unitedly.
There are many flaws in the statements of 2009 qualifiers.
Let me suggest you,how to face with the current situation.
There should be a leader,who must come forward with the intention that those qualifiers have got low merit order,must be allocated in any department of the government.
In this discussion,whatever i have perceived,is described below.

1.Most of the css aspirants,are hailing from a middle class family however frustration will make them much mystify.
there are many aspirants,who are holding a simple graduation degree which cannot meet with the demands of today's private institutions.

2.Undoubtedly,unemployment have created hurdles for pakistani people to survive while a well educated and css qualified who has been suffered alot when he was preparing for,would unfortunately happen to not allocate in any group despite of passing css exam,aches my heart.

3.There should be no quota system,all should be allocated on merit.
Shockingly and shamelessly speaking,there are many sindhi aspirants who got below 704th position,have chances of allocation while the same aspirants holding domicile of punjab even having much better merit order than them,are asking for mercy.

Last but the not least,I would suggest you to be remained in contact with each other,and fight for the justice,unitedly and collectively.
moreover,there should be much consensus,integrity,and coherence in your statements,follow your leader honestly and moot your issues collectively by using either cellular conferences or any messenger conference (yahoo) on net.

Confidently speaking,Media,democracy and judiciary will help you and this is the perfect time to raise against the fact which is more disastrous than the grave.

@Spider man
whatever you have suggested in your early post that merely 2009 qualifiers should post their valuable comments,was this a warning or something else?
These kinds of messages are given by the management,not by a senior member or any such member who passed the css exam.

Wish you all the best my fellows

Elucida'ta i had in my mind,posted in my previous post,i would suggest you not to take any step until all victimized of 2009 result,making a good strength.
so keep in touch with everyone,create a thread here on css forum in which discuss steps which are about to be taken with each other,and ask other qualifiers to join your hands.
It would also be fruitful to use sms packages which are cheapst and affordable.

Last suggestion,you all will be reached at the final conclusion that result should be challenged in court,however thoroughly study your case,try to find out your case's relevance with any other case,quote examples and then what Jeet jaogy phir humko dua mein yaad rakhna:shy

No need to hold a press conference. No one is perfect. There was a computer error while populating the final merit list. I guess, the FPSC is still a transparent institution in the country. THE FPSC corrected its blunder. THE FPSC could hide its blunder but it didnt.
I feel very sorry for those who got lowest allocation in the merit list.

I am sure the FPSC will win the case against the aspirants coz it has DMS of all candidates and the merit list.

Dear friend, i am not a moderator here, nor i am a most senior member here to make the rules....However, I have,no doubt, passed Css exam and will be allocated in one of the occupational groups....

That day some (non-qualifiers)friends were uselessly commenting that demoralized many here including me.................. hence i said such words which you have quoted....

Your opinion and that of some others including Crown prince are valuable to Us................But kindly see the situation too in which we are.....I did not mean that members like you should not comment.....................once again understand the point...........

we dont deserve that ranking in the result....Our friends are doing their best.........lets encourage them....

I , personally, think nothing will change now but hopes must be pinned.....

How about writing a letter to " khaadim.i.Aala" Punjab, Mr. Shahbaz sharif? I mean its a political issue and only the chief Minister can do something about it by bringing it in the notice of higher authorities. Its very unfair that people with 850 marks from Punjab cannot be allocated while people from other provinces with less marks get the allocation.

For the candidates against Quota System ; "Merit Base Allocation" on 300 seats.

Punjab = 216
Sindh = 32
Balochistan = 15
K.P. = 28
Nafata = 6
A.J.K. = 3

Isn't this disturbing? Can you call it justice?

khadime aala has nothing to do wid fpsc.only n.a is empowered to legislate
