Self Domicile Certificate

Hi All,

Might sound stupid to some, but I am really not sure what exactly Self Domicile Certificate is? :oo As I am abroad, where can I get it? I have a police clearance character certificate from Pakistan, will that be the same as a Domicile? Thanks Heaps!

Self Domicile Certificate is of ur own which will clearify ur home district. on the basis of Domicile Certificate you will be allocated according to the seats/quota of ur province. it is issued by DCO/EDO (Revencue) of concerened district. Police Clearance Certificate is not same as Domicile. Rather Domicile Certificate will show ur permament living district/native district.

A question regarding form!

Hello everybody. I need to ask a few questions regarding form submission.
Para 11 (v) of the instructions on the form say that we may submit attested copy of degree or provisional certificate issued by the university. I presume that provisional certificate is the same as mark sheet which is the only certificate I have right now as the university will take at least 2 more months to issue the degree. So tell me if my presumption is true or not.
Second, 11(v)(b) says that candidates must submit proof of Division/Grade obtained in the Degree and date of announcement of result. What does this mean? Is it neccessary to submit it if we submit the marks sheet?
Third, regarding employment record, what is meant by "so as to completely account for the whole of this period". for e.g, if after my annual examination 2009 (held in March) I had been preparing for CSS should I write unemployed for this period or leave it blank?
Please reply.

Submit whatever you possess at the moment. If convocation is not held yet for awarding degrees then you can submit Provisional Certificate, DMS etc. Matric and F.Sc Certificates must be submitted along with DMSs. If your university has not issued Bachelor's Degree yet then after submitting your CSS Admission Forms on the basis of Provisional Certificate you Should make arrangements to get certificate. Later FPSC will demand for that.

After passing exam, we get certificate/DMS from School/University etc. They have clearly mentioned the date and division. you have to mentioned these figures in the provided column of CSS Admission Form.

When you join any govt. job then you should mention your service. Otherwise if you have not joined any job yet then there is no need to mention anything. write N/A (Not Applicable).

Hi,

Its OK not knowing your area nazim :) You must have studied from any college or university, i guess. well, if yes, you can ask any lecturer who has taught you to attest your form. if not, contact me through my email, i could arrange it.
