msalmanapr, the idea of Special Examination is very sound and need to be considered, you people should carry on with it, best of luck. .

i agree with arbab that the ground realities in balochistan do not support stricitly merit system because it becomes very difficuilt for an aspirant from quetta to compete with an aspirant from lahore and quota system is helpful in this regard.

Default sorry to say

salams to all!
it's indeed a good try but i m really appalled to read soooooo humble words, just mimicking the British Royal master/slave sentences....
what's gone wrong man? on one side you are talking about "Haqooq" means Rights and on the other hand you want favours. if you think this is our right, so just demand it on a Bolder level. why to be soooo meek and humble? i m with you and i totally agree with you that this relaxation should be granted to Balochistan aspirants but man this is not the proper way it's been written here. i'm sorry but i disagree with the way it was stated.
and for all of people's kind information, we, the govt; employees aren't "highnesses'" employee. we are Civil Servant, means servants of the people, not of the ministers......
better be these things kept in mind while making such "Requests"......

i support u if u saying abt all balochistan rights but thats wrong to just appeal 4 baloch brothers ... Ye hum sab ka balochistan hai .
Ya i m with u if u say to maximize the quota 4 all students....

Fellows, you people including candidates of 2009 -10, need to take up the matter but take it up in positive sense not raising hands for support.. i had requested a senior fellow from balochistan to read this positive and he very kindly did it. inshALLAH i will try to contact him again for the purpose, but you people need to coordinate with each other and exchange contact numbers so that a positive development can be taken on..
