Fortune its FPSC, not ISSB that unjustice can be done. BD's credibility is well known to everyone, furthermore please dont misguide aspirants and create confusion regarding FPSC.
Listen dear! I am speaking truth and no one on the earth can stop me from saying so. Moreover, if i ask you how ISSB is not transparent, you will have your own justification so have i for FPSC. Baki BD ki baat na karen. BD is biased. I iterate BD is biased.

I totally agree with you brother that BD is biased even this whole institution is biased. Look i have been for four years in a multinational and multicultural enviornment occupying a seat which bridge many companies. I have played the role of leadership, organizer and motivator. Always trusted my self and my growth is self based even without the guardianship of my father. During my Psychological i remained argumentative, cool and supporting bringing new ideas in front of other participants. My interview with Psychologist was just a chatting with a friend for me. In interview with BD panal i remained steadfast without any hesitation or shivering and answered about 41/45 questions. Most of the questions consisted of Current Affairs, such as middle east, Iran, terrorism, attacks on navy in Karachi etc. I was 90% satisfied but BD and his panal awarded me just 158 marks while in written i had 668. Thus BD and his panal showed me the door. Aside of low marks i am n shock about my personality and thinking, is there any abnomality in my mind? It is a question which irritates me.
Dear i am out from this useless game for ever but i want to solve this mystery before folding everything. For that purpose i want to read my Psychological report. Would u help in clearing the way toward my Psychological report? How to get access to it?

Well... as far as my opinion is concerned.. FPSC is not a sacred cow... it has many shortcomings... Those who think FPSC is infallible live in fools paradise... Many cases have been observed where FPSC has been the guilty party... but CSS is an exam where voice of the sufferer is rarely heard...

In my opinion no one can doubt the credibility of BD. One should not cast aspersions about this great man. However there are many flaws and loopholes in the system of FPSC n in the conduction of CSS exam. It is very unpredictable and non-standardized exam n it seems more to be an exam of 'good fortune' than being factually an exam of talent and capability.e.g somebody gets 72 in Islamiat one year n fails next year in the same subject. Scores above 200 in viva n next time 170. What is this ????? It means 'there is a seasonal variation in the capabilities of such person'???????:D:D. On the other hand I believe the panel is fair n conscientious and such situation is out of their knowledge or control. a thorough revamping of this exam is required but unfortunately either they don't have the vision and courage to do so or owing to their age they have a demode mindset which resists any change.

I may not "doubt" BD saib and the panels fairness but i do without a doubt the competence of the panel in assessing the candidates. I got 193 in the viva but certain candidates how were very competent and i believe deserved a hell lot than the meager marks given varying from just 140 to 150. I'd say they made a feeble effort in their judgement. I know this for sure that the psychological evaluation is just a farce. Weightage given to the psychological is totally upto the panel, they may ignore it or instead just use it totally depending on their own discretion. I don't know about all my fellow candidates but for sure i'm not content in regard to their assessments.

Respect,
No intention to offend

Do you exactly remember that you haven't forgotten to write your Roll No on your MCQ's answer sheet? If you forgot in case, then no matter if your 20 MCQs are correct, you will get zero marks. This has happened to large number of students in CE 2010. I also feel that I forgot to write my roll no in US history on MCQ answer sheet in CE2011. My 18 MCQs are correct, but I'd lose them
