Passport sized photographs usually have blue backgrounds. Dont worry if your photos have white background. They only need your face, attested. Dont get bothered about things not mentioned in the rules.

Bro actually whenever someone asks me a question i try to give the answer that may minimise the confusion. As blue background is usually preferred in forms thats why i advised for the blue background.
