Refugees of Kashmir do not possess dual domicile, they have their domicile of that province where they are living but they have their state subject of Azad Kashmir. So they avail the facilities of cities like Lahore and Karachi but compete with candidates who studied from AJK. As its not their fault, they do not have any other option so lets accept this fact. :bow
Refugees of indian occupied kashmir also attain 2% quota with their state subject as ajk permanent residents.

I received a letter from FPSC in reply of my letter to PM about the accomodation of css qualified candidates. It is written in it that there is no provision in css rules to accomodate candidates more than the vacancies available in BS 17 in all occupational Groups and Services.
Atleast i tried though some were saying that my letter will directly go in dust bin.

Yes, residing in Gujrat, having Punjab domicile, he can apply against AJK quota in CSS as competing AJKians is better than Punjabians :) . When such a person - refugee - apply against AJK quota, he would simply be considered a Kashmiri, hence would be allocated against AJK seats.

I dont know about any special domicile for Kashmir refugees in Punjab but what I do know is they can apply for Punjab PMS, what else one wants.

Farhad may clarify this.

No one can have dual domiciles.A refugee residing in Punjab may avail AJK domicile but he can't apply for PMS in Punjab. This was told by PPSC staff.
Would any body take an initiative of making an official appeal to the Govt of Pakistan and FPSC for accommodating the non-allocated successful candidates of CSS at various other posts?
OR at least there should be a rule that those who are not allocated, they should be given a chance to re-appear in the CSS exam (means one extra chance for them to compete). there are many of our friends who had their last attempt in CE-2011 but, unfortunately, they are not going to get allocations. :hurt
Respected senior and junior members please discuss some recommendations to the Govt of Pakistan and FPSC for addressing this serious issue.

Thanks

It is a competitive exam, and there are no lee-ways in a competitive exam(barring quota and special relaxations)suggestions have been put forth in this regard many a times, but it is not practicable to do so.
