Shukar Alhamdo LILLAH ! Rest of the regions are restrained from re-examination.
Malik sahib, the unjust was committed by Faisalabad candidates not rest of the Pakistan.css is the name of competition so, they (Faisalabad candidates) should try theirs best for re examination. FPSC have taken legal step. it must be appreciated.

be relax as everyone will get what Allah has decided for him/her. You can not even imagine the emotional distress caused to the aspirants of Faisalabad. Just keep praying and have trust in Allah The Kareem. best of luck to everyone :)

Well...
I consider it highly unethical on part of FPSC...I strongly condemn this decision of re-examination in Faisalabad.... those who availed their 3rd attempt would now appear in their 4th attempt! Either FPSC should give 4th attempt to all candidates hailing from every province or it Should ban Faisalabad for 2013 inductions!
I think it is not entire Faisalabad but a selected segment within the City. Plus, what I infer from the time table and Roll number details, many people are appearing partially. Entire re-take is limited to only a few.

The candidates who appeared at Laboratory High School (Boys), University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Hall-A) on 23.02.2013, 25.02.2013, 26.02.2013, 27.02.2013, 28.02.2013, 01.03.2013, 02.03.2013, 04.03.2013, 05.03.2013 & 08.03.2013 are being re-examined in the subject(s)/paper(s) in which they had appeared. The candidates who remained absent in any subject or paper therein during first examination would not be allowed to re-appear in that subject or paper as per examination rules.

Waise I agree that re-take was not a solution. Rather the culprits should have been identified and banned for life.

However, asking for re-take of all the candidates can be a cry of those who failed to perform this time around and are just capitalizing their fake and unjustifed demand over this issue.
Few people believe that their written went very well are ready to go to court against this decision of fpsc.
To some extent, they seem right but it depends upon the stance they are taking. If they are thinking upon the re-take of entire Pakistan, then perhaps another petition would be coming to counter this demand of theirs. :thinking

Now i will move Lahore high court to stop this injustice and conduct re-examination throughout the country because this is utter discrimination on the grounds that some would be treated differently because of some and some would suffer due to some so why not repeat the whole exercise and make it 100% meritorious instead of complacency.Fpsc must bear the brunt ,not candidates !!!!

aminshah101 Tuesday, June 04, 2013 04:54 PM

Another petition coming in that case.

Best of luck. But as soon as you do that, another petition to counter this demand would be coming from my side because I don't find everyone free enough to go for another attempt.

Moreover, I don't find it reasonable and won't stand that those who performed well should suffer at the hands of the cheaters of this particular parcel, and now coupled with those who could not perform well. Two wrongs never make a right. If this decision of FPSC is injustice, then conducting exams of CSS all over is the MOTHER OF ALL INJUSTICES in this regard.

I do oppose this decision of re-take of this center at Faisalabad but I would strongly oppose an entire re-take.

If a petition is coming for entire to stop this decision, I am in full support of it but if a petition is coming to conduct Exam all over again, another petition from my side would follow too...
