Nepotism? To favor whom and why?

Default 2% Passing Ratio Is a Fraud

Who are haves of Pakistan? The political elites in this country get their family and friends inducted to civil bureaucracy; no matter how transparent a means to induction appears to your eyes, it must accommodate the wishes of political bosses. Only 40% hiring is validly done, the rest is just deception, my friend, pure deception; CE-2013 best exposed it. Officers retire annually, some are unfortunately expired or injured, some for other purposes leave, thousands of seats go vacant every year but just peanut vacancies are announced for general public and now even those vacancies are robbed of merit to a considerable extent; this is but unfortunate and detestable.

Agreed.
As there are many deserving members of this forum who could not make it through, and there are several names who we have had never heard. There is a clear clue of nepotism and induction of elite class.

A number of people who had qualified last year have failed this time. Which means they were good enough to be civil servants last year but this year they are not. They should be disqualified now, I demand. All of 'em
