Yes they can, I met a CSP having domicile of Sindh urban and he had opted Pushto.

Question A newbie needs info about the key dates for CE 2014
I am attempting C.E 2014.

My date of birth is 12/10/1986 (started my preparation).

I want to know about the key dates for c.e 2014 as I am a newbie and cannot afford to miss the attempt being last one.
