Going to apply for CE-2015 or waiting for CE-2014 result?

Are aspirants going to apply for CE-2015 or will wait for result of CE-2014 before applying for next exam?

I will wait till 30th Oct if result is not announced. Then I will apply for CE-2015.

Based upon my prior experience i will advice you guys to apply before 3oth of october leaving aside the 2014 result because there are bright chances of incorrect form filling as depicted earlier.
Moreover you will not regret on your money (i am sure) if you clear the exam

Actually result of CE-2014 will give a chance to evaluate the optional subjects in terms of marks. That's why, I think it may be better to wait and see till last moments. By the way, your point is also valid.

Yes Im also thinking about it when result announced i will focus on those subjects which will be fail or Low Marks

I would recommend everyone NOT to wait for the result for the previous year before applying for CE-2015 because for the last couple of years at least the norm is that result of written test is announced in the month of November. By that time the last admission date Oct-31st is long gone. The rules for CE-2015 specifically tell aspirants to not wait for the result of the previous year.

(xxxii). Reappearance in examination: If a candidate who took the Competitive Examination 2014 wishes to apply for admission to CE 2015, he/she must submit an application by the prescribed date without waiting for the result of CE-2014. If subsequently it is not necessary for him/her to take the CE-2015 written examination, his/her examination fee will not be refunded.

I would suggest that fill out your complete form except the optionals. Wait for the ce-2014 written result and analyse optional subjects and finally select out your best choice.

What would be your course of action dear aspirants when you find you are among passed candidates but feel yourself 50-50 about allocation?

If you have a domicile of punjab province you should apply but if you have domicile other than punjab then you have very bright chance tobe allocated.
