you should take Computer Science if you are afraid that it includes programming than you should not you need to look onto previous papers there are only one question of basic level related to code if you have good concepts than go for it you can cover the whole syllabus within a week Also I 'll suggest you if you have firm grip on mathematics than go for statistics too its also a good option for BCS students as we already took a course Probability and Statistics.

Ideal Bureaucrat very tough to write because it extinct now.
Bureaucrat Bureaucrat is term used to describe the employees in bureaucracy who are selected on merit through civil service system. A bureaucrat is one who constitutes the administration system of the state. Briefly, he composes the bureaucracy of country. He would adopt the administration and implement the public policy, making administrating rules. A bureaucrat would never engage in corruption activities. He would be loyal to his responsibilities that put on him as being the administrative officer of state. He would stay on his opinion in favour of state benefits and never compromise on it. If he would rejected or ignored by authorities then he would resigned and if accepted then went with it. He must exercise his judgement and his skills, but his duty is to place these at the service of a higher authority. Ultimately he is responsible only for the impartial execution of assigned tasks and must sacrifice his personal judgement if it runs counter to his official duties. An ideal bureaucrat is vulnerable in our bureaucracy system. |

An Ideal Bureaucrat
Every Government requires ideal Bureaucrats to run the departments smoothly. A Bureaucrat is a part of government which deals a department and is engulfed in the progressive and productive decision making to run the system smoothly. He is deemed all in all in his department. From the rank of Section officer till Secretaries and higher officials, he is deemed one of the main and major elements of the system of a particular department in a country. Besides, he is the one who bears the burnt of every good and bad orientations. An Ideal Bureaucrat has always been a desire of every government. An ideal Bureaucrat is deemed to be good at his planing, decision making, free from corruption and he must be honest and active one in every stage of the proceeding of a department. Above all, he must be punctual, honest and target oriented. He must be good at decision making, because in higher officials, the decision making is of utmost importance. No matter what the grave circumstances are! he must has the capabilities to deal and tackle the grave problems with the twinkling of eye. To the same token, his nature and behavior must be polite. He must know the art of encouragement and must maintain a good relations with his staff. Moreover, he must be a practical personality, if he takes a decision, then he must proceed it pragmatically. Moreover, he must be free from bad deeds, some Bureaucrats are the looters and some are unlikely. Unfortunately, in our country an ideal Bureaucrat has been a dream. Most of the Bureaucrats are looters, fond of wine, fond of women, fond of luxuries lives, they don't care about the nations, they don't care about the rule of law, they don't care about their purity in holy duties. They just want to make money. They are the biggest looters after politicians, they work in coordination with politician to loot the wealth of nation with their both hands. There have been many cases in which many Bureaucrats are found guilty in unfair means. They make money by hook or by crook. Unlike there are some other Bureaucrats who perform their duties to be ideal ones. To the sum up, a Bureaucrat is one of the major and essencial part of a department which is responsible for the administrative and executive proceedings. Thus, an ideal Bureaucrat has always been the need of hour in every government. Particularly, Pakistan needs plenty of ideal Bureaucrats to run the departments smoothly and productively. But unfortunately, FPSC's role in selecting of ideal Bureaucrats has been poor since a decade due to their examination process. As a matter of fact, since half a decade, unappreciative paper checking, cheating scandals, and recent incidents like Faislabad Scandal, Karachi Center's copies misplacing which poses a ridiculous process to select the ideal Bureaucrats in our country. Nevertheless, Pakistan needs ideal Bureaucrats and it can only be possible by FPSC's effective and crystal clear performance. Please check it and point out the mistakes which I have made and give me next topic. Thanks. |

A Thing of Beauty is a Joy Forever
It is the most quotable line which has been taken from Keats’s poem ‘Endymion’. Basically, beauty has various shades of interpretation. Firstly, it is a combination of qualities that give pleasure to the senses, especially to the eye, ear and mind is called beauty. Furthermore, anything which stirs up somebody emotionally, physically or intellectually is also regarded as beauty. Therefore, this line can be comprehended by Keats’s point of view, physical charm, intellectual supremacy and spiritual enlightenment. It would not be wrong to say that Keats sensuousness can be seen in most of his poetry. In addition, his beauty not only gives pleasure to the senses but also supplies visual imaginary to his readers. To make it more clear, he identifies beauty with truth which provides him imperishable reality of life. Apparently, he connotes this idea in these lines; Beauty is truth and truth is beauty, All ye know on earth and all ye need to know (Ode on a Grecian Urn) As a matter of fact, physical outward has another aspect of beauty. It has been observed that one cannot escape from the influence of innocent face of a child, a well proportioned lady, beautiful flowers of different hues. Likewise, the magnificent buildings such as Badshahi mosque, Shah Faisal mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan, Taj Mahal, and Leaning Tower of Pisa etc. make us think about artistic beauty which has been inspiring people throughout the world. Simply, one can be easily dumbfounded with the beauty of physical objects compressively. Besides, one cannot deny the intellectuality of historical persons. For instance, Socrates was physically ugly but intellectually he was the wisest person among Greek. Similarly, Aristotle, Plato, Einstein, Newton and many more were the pioneers because of their intellect. Their ideas and thoughts have provided the foundation stone in many fields. Quite astonishingly, physical beauty is impermanent while the intellectual beauty exhibits itself into various forms and cannot be come into devastating range. In a similar way, Sufis are the paragon of spiritual beauty. They gain this beauty by showing selfless devotion to earn the pleasure of God. Their services, sympathies, good deeds and works are perpetual for future generations. Evidently, this spiritual beauty increases by obeying the command of God. In conclusion, beauty has multifaceted implications in one’s life. And in every shade, it has innovative fascination for its beholder. With the passage of time, beauty overgrows as it will not wear out with this physical world. This is my short essay. Please read and comment. |
