All the serious aspirants are requested to participate in this discussion please, thank you.

First of all, it must be kept in mind that ISIS is an offshoot of Al-Qaeda. It has included foreign militants some other Sunni factions. But they are not Pakistani or Afghani Talibans. They have their own agenda. As far as your questions are concerned:

1. The declaration of caliphate is a sheer fantasy and nothing, in my view. Though their hegemony is worth-considerable that how swiftly their encroached northern Iraq and parts of Syria in just 3 to 4 months. But, like all other terrorist organisations, they all have the same objective, and that is to spread terrorism. So Caliphate could not be establish in the entire muslim world with spreading terrorism and killing innocent civilians.

2. Their goal, as mentioned above, is to establish a caliphate system, same as it was established after the demise of Holy Prophet (S.A.W). But it would never be established, because the are using a threat of terrorism for establishing it, oppressing hundreds and thousands of civilians (almost all Shias). Nevertheless, their existence in Syria and Iraq is formidable

3. It will, unlike previous rising Taliban organisations, will hold its ground for a long term because of its bulk. Many foreign militants and middle-eastern extremists have joined the ISIS which is clearly showing its prevalence for a prolonged period.

Presently, ISIS is on the top of world terrorist organisations lists. Here, it should be considered that their dominated both Iraq and parts of Syria in less than 4 months. Its leader (so called caliph) 'Abu bakr Al-Baghdadi have declared himself as 'Caliph Ibrahim' (leader of the enitre Muslim world). ISIS has changed its name from 'Islamic State of Iraq & Syria' to 'Islamic State'.

Well I am not a senior aspirant but I have been following ISIS related.few weeks before the declaration of Caliphate.
a) there Caliphate is not the Caliphate of the first four caliphas but they are claiming to represent suni of that area and had taken over control of large swathes of Iraq and Syria. Sunnies of Iraq are not happy with the government after the invasion of America, on other hand Syria is suffering of civil war.
b) their goal is announced as the establishment of a Caliphate covering all the Muslim countries but it seems like they want to get rid of shias as they are deliberately killing Shia civilian and no any sunni civilian causality done by ISIS.
c) yes it seems that their control over these cities like tikrit and mosual will last longer has they are so strong 💪 that can be noticed from there conflicts over the tikrit once they taken control of it in June it took more than two weeks for army to take back the controls which lasts only two days and ISIS taken back the control. Hence they are stronger than 1 million Iraqi army along with 300 USA military advisor, and the reason is clear that their strategy is same as the taliban that is wait divert the attention than attack.

The important thing is that the sunni clergymen should tell the people that is that Caliphate which all Muslim should support or it is just a group of insurgents taking control of a piece of land and nothing to take with religion.

Well I didn't said that ISIS is extremist group I said we need to recognize whether they are extremist or true Caliphate followers and that must be declared by Ulmae deen by some kind of fatwa. Coming to your point the maliki is probably the weakest prime minister I ever read about he welcomed the air striks by Syrian government against ISIS on iraq's land, without care of sovereignty of country. he totally failed in proving rit of government in sunni dominant areas and this is his third time but people even the Shia clergymen are not happy with him. He is considered pro America and alleged of mishandling the ISIS matters.

Yes, I understand. My point was that if ISIS has committed atrocities so has Maliki's government against sunnis( of course that is not justifiable in both the cases). What I want to say is that both are at fault. Now what should be solution? Let's see how the events turn out to be. We might have a discussion on it again later at some in time.

For now, I was thinking i-e if everybody is with me, we should pick up some world organization( UN etc), research on it and have a thorough discussion on it tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. So what do you all say?

well same here but for CA i used to read BBC world article , they are short updated and reliable i used an andriod app but all are available on website also, there it will be easy to follow the stories and get most updated knowledge rather than sticking to a news paper only.

secondly do not hesitate to discuss here we all are learner so we make mistakes and correct others the more you make mistake the more you learn.
