Shall appear in 2015 Allah willing.

I believe 4 months is plenty of time. It is not how much time you have what matters is how productive you are in what little time you have.

It is just a mere excuse rather than a true concern.

Every year we are told flood will come and every year we fail to take pre-cautions or counter it, while there are states that take measures within days of warning.

So no matter how much time you have "neyat hai to ho jay ga." If no "neyat" you can come up with plenty of excuses like the government does every time.

I second you fellow, if one is determined and confident, he can pass with just 3months of preparation. But he must remain steadfast and persistent in his hardworking. And he is not supposed to be dependent on luck or whimsical notions. He must concede the reality that passing CSS exam is not a plain sailing.

British History is somewhat lengthy but no worry. The exam demands you extensive study. Fulfil the demand and win laurels. Best wishes!:vic
