i dont have my b.a and m.s.c degrees , so can i send my mark sheets with hard copy of the form. And which certificates of matric and intermediate are needed?????????

yes you can send your mark sheets this time but after exam you will provide your original degree

If you have pass certificate of B.Sc, M.Sc, plz send these or either of them subject to availability.
Pakka certificate of matric and inter is required.
