POLITICAL SCIENCE
CONSTITUTIONAL LAW (remember Political Science part II as same as Constitutional law paper)
INDO PAK HISTORY ( donot go with muslim history..)
GENDER STUDIES is best with concise syllabus..its mostly rely on general discussion)
Public Ad or Sociology both are coverable indeed.

Otherwise its up to you and your aptitude...

Thanks bro! I will go through the syllabi again and give it a serious thought.

My optionals for 2016... it will be my first attempt.. I am doctor, have conpleted MBBS.. seniors please comment on my combination... any advice will be an honour for me.. suggest me best books for the said combination please..

If you are taking IR then International law must be with it. Replace Public Administration with I.Law..
