You have to opt 200 marks worth of subjects, either one subject of 200 marks or two subjects of 100 marks each. That is what I inferred from DAWN's advertisement.

Can we still choose islamiat in urdu or now it is compulsory in english only..????

FPSC has not issued any direction clearly in this matter. But, there is also no option or words for opting the paper in Urdu. I personally and strongly feel that Urdu Medium option has been banned/ended now.

Many things are dubious and ambiguous in the syllabus now. We still don't understand either collective 120 marks are passing in gk or 40 in CA+PA+EDS separately and respectively! Apart from that, the syllabus of Political Science is doable but really lengthy. Such length does not make sense. However,I have studied Pol Sc before in my academic studies and already covered 70 percent of the course, but I am really worried about those who are doing it first time.

How do you analyse philosophy syllabus?? Isn't it too lengthy and precarious to low scoring??
