Default IR paper 2, low scoring trend
Its quite obvious that IR paper 2 is very low scoring. Even the ones who have scored 60+ in paper 1 have marks below 40 in paper 2. I am really worried. Can any one please tell what might be the reason for this? Why has almost everyone scored below 40 in this paper?

After going through DMCs of failed candidates, I have deduced two things :
1- Allah has given everyone, a DMC which can save their face from embarrassment. They can easily say if I had got one mark or two I would've passed or topped the exam bla bla..
2- Many brilliant students have flunked, which means that maybe their "rizk" is not written in civil services. As far as those who have passed I think they were also ordinary students like others but their name was written on the list which was prepared in the heaven.
*This is strictly my perception anyone can disagree.

bla bla isn't very respectful to those who are in pain over their result. I'm not talking about myself but many are.

Secondly, We can blame fate for everything but I'll try to look for some earthly explanation first before going into that territory.

Grief demands answers but sometimes there aren't any. Sometimes the happy ending is moving on.

I apologise if my comment has hurt someone's feelings in any way.

Sure do look for the answers, being logical is good but at times even logical reasoning can not lead you to answers : css is one such myth.
