Exclamation help req. on N.B.P Group Discussion for A.F.O post.

Dear Members ;

Assalamu alaikum,

Myself Haseeb Ali, i m an Agrarian{BSc.(Hons) Agriculture}. i have applied for the post of Agriculture Field Officer(BS-17) in National Bank Of Pakistan. i have passed the written test for this post. but now the next step is a "Group Discussion". i dont have an idea about it that how and why it is conducted & how to be prepare for it ?

If any of you have any information regarding this plz...Guide me,
i'll be greatful to u..

brother dont worry i think you should get book of ISSB of Bhatti Publisher i think it may help you. it will not be exact to your expetations i mean (Agriculture) but i think it has well guided principles for group discussion.

Dear haseeb,

the group discussion is simple.the y just check attitude,leadership skills,and potential of working in group.

The topic could be any of the current as well as academic issue e.g Inflation is curse,pakistan and war terror and do training is necessary for employee etc.

Iam also working as MTO in National Bank of pakistan and cleared the same gropu disscussion held at IBP.

you just need o be specific and dont try to be over smart.

try to start the topic.

provide only authentic and relevant information.

The member will be three who will monitor the group discussion but it could be more or less according to prevailing policy of HR.
