Salam members.

please tell me about suitability clause.i think that i have been a victim of this discriminatory clause.I am a very outspoken guy.And i had a near physical fight with a group member during my psychological interview and discussions.
i banged the table 3 times very rudely.moreover,when saud gauhar was asking questions i stood up and said enough is enough,slammed the door and left the room fuming.

Please give me some behaviour counselling tips.

In dire need of emotional assistance.

we want our success in CSS.this is our goal.
therefore, we shud act accordingly and adopt those tactics, whether acceptable to us or not, that help us get through the exam with outstanding position.if we start making quarrel and show them that our approach of mind is a bit dictatorial, inflexible, sensitive and emotional etc, this is really futile.and of course, it must hv affected ur reputation graph.

keep one thing in mind...just as u r entitled to your own views, others too are..we have no right to impose our views on others just as we may not endure others imposing their will on us..so not only in pcychological test or interview but in real life too disagree with grace!!
we are already having an intolerant society so at least the educated ones should show some sanity..

what really made you go angry?no need to answer me,answer to yourself.
was your anger justified?
sort out problems within you and with your attitude.
if one aspires to be civil servant then one must have an attitude of a person dealing with public.anger is not allowed in public matters at all.
i already told you and i repeat 're-assess yourself'.
you must be mature enough to tackle situations because what you are aspiring for is a responsibility and requires serious attitude

i think being a rudr guy dosent matter... wat u need to prove is...Y u r rude??...wat mak u confident to act like one??...if U r rude and took a strong action on any point then u r suppose to prove it in any way dat Yes i.m rite On my point of u and U r on urs....bt one Thing more u was not suppose to leave the room after banging the table as they want to check ur level of patience which u might need in future being a CSP folk...

That was my point of view.. if m wrong i ll appreciate criticism :-)

Sir the points over which i disagreed with saud gauhar and rana baghwandas were the suggestions i gave to FPSC.i have suffered a lot at the delaying tactics of this stupid institution.

1.CSS examination and result procedure is very slow.

FPSC is ruining our careers.A person like me has been persecuted by appearing in this exam.Should i become a terrorist and blow FPSC away.

2.I told Baghwandas that FPSC should voluntarily revoke conducting the CSS for POLICE group.Police group should be deleted from the list of CSS-occupational groups.

Baghwandas asked me the reason for making this suggestion and i replied that police is a mistress of politicians.I can never tolerate educated people giving security to the iliterate candidates of an iliterate nation.Like a DIG giving cover to Rana sanullah,Shahbaz sharif,Salman taseer,Raja Riaz.

@RAZI did exactly what i wrote above.Since you have read my previous posts i often felt like taking a gun and kill miss zahra,colnel and the three penalists.

I think that Rana understood me and declared the result within 4 days of the final interview.Saud gauhar was just startled when i went into an argument.

Anyway friends,i will try to control my temper.i am very thankful to all of you who have provided their sagacious suggestions.

Mr Sikander you really need to consult some Doctor because neither our Nation is illiterate nor our Young Generation is dejected. So plz have some repect for our Nation. I don't know why u are ruining your career by such abysmal Comments and such sort of attitude. You can expect this from opposition leader but not from Educated Person Like You. You are my Brother and being a brother i am suggesting you plz avoid such comments. I have no purpose to hurt you rather i want you to get on the right track and avoid negative attitude and show respect towards seniors and our Nation. Your comments could be accepted without slamming of the door.
