HAFIZ SB i would really like to appreciate you on your temperament that you are not discouraged on your unexpected failure.but on some points, raised by you,i am disagreed.as one of my close friends MR FARRUKH FAHEEM who has topped throughout punjab for lecturer in pak studies has completed all his academic qualifications as a private student.he himself told me just after his interview that there were many candidates who had m phil degrees in pak studies but could not be finally allocated.it is very pertinent to mention here that MR FARRUKH FAHEEM PUNJAB TOPPER holds his master degree in HISTORY and not in PAK STUDY.Your reason of your inefficiency in spoken english is also not cogent because you were appeared for lecturer in history not for english subject haan albta your reason of giving high marks and low marks by panel members can be considerable as it happens where there are different panels constitute to conduct interview of so many aspirants in different regional offices.but you are no doubt a man of mean and i hope you will be succeeded to achieve your aim sooner or later ,it is for sure
