Contact FPSC office..by the way haven't you send the proforma yet?? they had asked us to send that as soon as possible.

Send it on the same address on which you send written form.Character certificate from the institute last attended is to be attached with proforma.

i have qualified written 2011, done with my medical tests as well
now waiting for interview, but i havent got the seurity performa yet???
can you tell me more about it
