Hi I am CSS 2009 written qualifier from multan. My medical examination has been scheduled on 2nd Jan 2010 at Lahore. I have been directed to collect these test reports from Sh. Zayed Hospital Lahore:
Chest X Ray
Blood CP
ESR
RBS
Urine D/R
HBs Ag
Anti HcV
I wanna ask:
1. How many days before should I contact Sh. Zayed Hospital for giving samples for these tests?
2. What will be the cost of these tests?
3. What other tests I will have to undergo at Medical Center for Fed Govt Servants?
4. Are there specified days for collection of samples from css candidates at Sh. Zayed Hospital Lahore?
5. What amount has to be submitted in Govt. Treasury as fee for Medical Examination?
any one having information in this regard is urged to guide me at earliest.

5 to 6 days before your medical test...

No, u can go any time any day... test room for css candidates is in the kidney center (Sh. Zayed)...

5. What amount has to be submitted in Govt. Treasury as fee for Medical Examination?

Rs 50/-
