Default once declared unfit for commission in army can apply for css...?

I have been declared medicaly unfit by "ARMED FORCES APPEAL MEDICAL BOARD" for commission in pak army , due to "HYPERHIDROSIS".(excessive sweating ). I want to know if I am eligable to appear in css exam.

Army medical is quite tough to deal with. My roommate was selected and he was telling me about the medical examination he went through, and how tough it was that they don't even compromise on little tooth problem if one has. But you don't worry about "excessive sweating" because it is not going to create any problem for you in medical examination of civil service.
