picture story writing

picture story writing: you will be given a booklet containing four pages.... with picture on each.( picture is blurred) so careful observation will only give you idea what to write... you have to be fully imaginative and creative , this is what is instructed on the instruction page.
time allotted for each story is ( five minutes)

can any one is able to post pictures of same kind or alike so we people have an idea how to create story or we people are able to start discussions

Sadia, this is called Thematic Apperception Test. Google this term and you will get plenty of pictures that are used in this test.

The pictures are not blurred. They are pencil sketches so the ground is black and white.

Yes, we are given a booklet (I assume separate for each competitor, or at least the order is changed). There were three stories as far as I remember in CE-2010. Instructions are given before the start of test. We are taught to be as imaginative as possible. We are also taught to think along the lines that led to that event and what happened after that. Five minutes for each story. The psychoanalyst is able to grasp your meaning even if you think you left the story incomplete. Not a big deal.

I do not think it wise to remember trivial and minute descriptions. You think big and you do it.

Yes, this is generally true. When you do something, you do it to your best - the personal best, and in turn you have good fruit waiting for you. But this does not apply to TAT. If one tries to perform good, chances are that one is being disingenuos, in that regard one's efforts will be taken as faking the TAT (and/or other personality tests).

It is not wrong to say that written examination is the test of our adult, the psychological examination is the test of our child. FPSC makes it clear where the candidate needs to make efforts (I mean by mentioning syllabi and sources to prepare from) and where not. The more one thinks of preparing for psychological exam, the more one militates against one's chances of success.

dear sadia i will share one of the picture stories of my psychological test.5 min were given for each story.its better that one should write story on positive lines

there was a guy and girl standing under a tree in front of a house.
story

Once upon a time there was a girl and a boy.the girl's name was amna and the boy was yahya.they were a happily married couple.Amna was a doctor nd her husband was an engineer.they both were very intelligent persons.they went europe on scholorship for higher studies.after two years they came back.they wanted to give surprise to their family and didnt tell that they were returning home.they stood before their house and were very anxious to give their family a surprise.their family became very happy to see them.Amna and yahya have decided to start their career in pakisatn to serve their country and lived happily ever after.


i have written something like that.this is a good approach.a group fellow of mine wrote that the guy and girl were gf bf.they wanted to marry but everbody turned against them.so they decided to meet under a tree to say goodbye.this is a negative approach.
i hope u would have some idea now

Ali recalled and recollected the sweet memory of his marriage life.When a co-incident changed his life.He smiled and have happiest facial expression.After getting degree from England he returned to pakistan.Here he saw a girl infront of house with gloomy face.He inquried;(the was so naive and innocent)and got that girl wanted to support her family.but perplexed how she can?Ali at the mean time encounter her and knocked the thinking of her brain.This beautiful encounter made his life happier and he is living with two sons and daughters.Ali each time recollect the memory of his youth and meeting with Iman who gave his life colours;a thing of beauty is a joy for ever.

this is good one sadia but everything is happened in an abrubt way.instead of writing that he was returning home with a degree.u can write that he is a well educated person and running his own business and there he gave job to the girl and found the girl very innocent.and then tied up a knot n bla bla.
thogh i am not a psychologist but the way u have written the story showed that the writer immediately jumped into conclusion bcoz u can not judge anyone with her mere facial expression.
