Default Psychological Test 21-12-2011

Today was my first day of psychological assessment, I would like to share my experience with all the members.

I agree with the instructions of FPSC that no need of preparation for psychological assessment, just be yourself...Most important thing is that you must take care of the time limit......you may hardly find any time to think over there....be quick and natural in your response.

Write the most important and significant events of your life in your the autobiography, in 8 minutes you have to summarize your life so practice it thrice at least before writing it on the psychological day.....

you will get half an hour for comprehension questions, that is more than enough, but be careful about the performa questions as they are 70 in number and you have to attempt them in 16 minutes in two segments......first 35 in 8 minutes then 2-3 other activities and then again 35 questions in another 8 minutes......

It was a good day today....please pray for my psychological day 2.

Today was the second day....it was good experience and thank you all for your wishes and prayers,

There were two topics of discussion,1 urdu,1 english.....
Urdu: deeni madaris k khilaaf hakumati iqdamaat dehshat gardi me izzafa kr rahe hain

English: Granting MFN status to india is not a good step....i opposed it though.

Then there was an interview with psychologists in which they ask me about my family background, education, current job, current affairs questions which i mentioned yesterday in responding to different written questions.....about my preferences and reasons for that,

I am just back from FPSC, so will post the further details later on....

These IQ tests are similar as are mentioned in the ISSB books, so try to practice them from those books, it will save your time and you will be able to solve them easily, These include sequence completion both for mathematical and shapes tests, for example....4, 8, 16,____, 64.this is the simplest example.more complex will be asked in the psychological.

All the other tests are simple are based on common sense, but be quick and do take care of time limit.

On the 2nd day of psychological, 3 psychologists will assess you.As i have already mentioned, group discussions and comand task were the group activities.

in the interview with the psychologists, only remember those points which you will mention in the performa and autobiography on the 1st day of psychological...and stick to your point with confidence.they will ask questions based on the information that you will provide them in writing.God bless all of us.

@sadia shafique
dear i took the stance on MFN that it is a good decision....the topic was that ''granting MFN status to india is not a good decision'', i said that no it's a good decision,i hope now you will understand what i said

I initiated and said that it's a good decision,as both are the members of WTO ,they have already given us MFN in 1996, so it is a good step for economic progress,as we can't live in isolation in the era of globalisation.....it will facilitate the trade process and we should keep other issues and hostility apart from this decision as it's purely a commercial decision.Almost everybody agreed.

On maddrass, we all were of the opinion that lal masjid operation was a source of agression and then we came to war on terror, malfunctioning of madrassas and solutions.

THEY just gave us the topic, it depends on us that in what direction we mould the discussion, the just announce the topic twice and give us 15 minutes time.....

dialogue is the best solution and clarity in the policies.....we all have to contribute to improve the situation, government, religious scholars, society.....we have to detach the stigma of terrorism from madrassas as they get irritated by these terminologies, resulting in instgation of hostile behaviour.

hope it's clear now?
