they just ask me about my books, my family background, current job, salary, reasons for liking DMG the most,,,,,then about the events which i mentioned as most significant.

In the questionnaire of 250 questions focus was on the following kind of aspects of life,

you like to work alone rather than in group?
you can easily get irritated?
you are artistic minded?
poetry incite feelings in you?
you like to go in parties?

so there is almost 20 days gap between your psychological and interview? is the gap same for every centre..? or is it varying person to person, centre to centre?
