It is my sincere advise to not to depend on others for notes specially for this subject.
Make your own notes from the courses you have studied in your bachelor degree.
This is the only way to cover this subject in an excellent way.

According to my assessment CSS Computer Science paper is free from length and other such constraints. Have a look at 2012's paper ... There were practical questions that are free from length and other such constraints.

Other questions like differences and definitions should not be more than 2 or 2.5 pages as they carry 5 marks only. But keep in mind the answer should be comprehensive and to the point (at a time).
