Default CSp members please help
What are your suggestions in following areas.
1-Are quotes of professors and researchers of IR , necessary and must.
Or
2-Clear concepts are required.

While preparation through Parkash Chander book. I have passed through a lot of quotations for a simple concept. Can i must prepare them?
