Dear Saniya,
The topics you have mentioned are rather comprehensive. However, in spite of it, these can be covered without much painstaking work. Let me know: -- What kind of help is required? Pinpoint the difficulties you have been facing, and I, in turn, shall suggest you the way-out, as per my knowledge and understanding of the subject.

1. How can we determine the present foreign policy of a country because the process of formulating foreign policy is on-going and keeps on changing? For example, Pakistan's policy with respect to the U.S changes with every major incident. 2. Foreign policy is framed by Govts. Are we to subscribe to the official view or we can live with views of any author/writer on the foreign policy? Regards.

@ Saniya:
I would suggest you to go through the following writings: 1- Globalization of World Politics by Steve Smith and John Baylis (preferably 5th edition, or, at least, 4th edition; 2- World Politics: Trends and Transformation by Charles Kegley Jr.; 3- Pakistan's Foreign Policy by S.M. Burke-- Pak-US relations, Pak-USSR relations, Pak-India relations, and Pak-China relations; 4- Pakistan and Geostrategic Environment by Hassan Askari Rizvi (McMillan Press)-- For the above topics and having a cursory glance on the contours of major powers' foreign policies; 5- American Foreign Policy by Bruce W. Jentleson (For having a deep grasp on US foreign policy); and 6- China in World Politics: Policies, Processes, Prospects by Judith F. Kornberg, John R. Faust (For having a deep grasp on China's Foreign Policy). The aforementioned is a complete and comprehensive package for having complete grip on the subject. I have all the above-mentioned writings. Therefore, if you do not get your hands on the books, you can ask without any hesitation.

@ Saniya:
For sure, it would be my pleasure to lend you the books so that you may get them photocopied. However, a question arises: How can you take them from me?
