Default Is it easy to grab?

Can a person with no background of this subject grab its concepts on his own? As most of candidates who opt Pol Sc have Masters degree in it, i am a bit sceptical about opting it with engineering background 😐

Dear brother!
I have also got engineering background. I will opt Political science. I had studied some books and basic concept of it in university life. Moreover, its my favorite subject.
So my advice is:
I f you have got time and interest, then go for it. But it will take 2 months for preparation. And also background does not matter. I have seen M.A people who don't opt it. All depends on your interest. It is an easy subject.
