Little Help about preparing political science Please

Dear CSP's, Seniors and Juniors
I just wanted to start my preparation and was confuse about the 2 parts of the paper 1 of political science. First part is POLITICAL THEORY which includes western political thought and Muslim political thought. The second part includes
the concept, dynamics, institutions etc.

So i wanted to ask who has experience that which part or side of the subject should be prepared first to better understand the subject sequence wise.

I once watched a movie THE MESSAGE. Movie contained 2 discs. by mistake in the beginning i played Disc 2 and after watching in the end of disc 2 i realized my mistake. I played the movie back again and after spending 3 to 4 hours i ended up with understanding nothing.

So i dont want to repeat the same mistake again.
Please seniors guide me and tell the most effective sequence and way to prepare this subject.

Political science is quite a lengthy subject.i suggest you to prepare part one first as theories need time to be cleared.second part is easier as compared to part one.remember in political science if you failed to understand concepts properly you cannot score good in this subject.

Salam!
You should go for 2nd part of paper 1 i.e concepts of political science. Because that will help you in understanding the part 1 of paper 1 and constitutions. You cant understand the other parts without first understanding the basic concepts. after basics you would easily understand the complex philosophies and constitutions.

i also suggest u to prepare basic concepts first.. and for that purpose, book of mazhar-ul-haq is the best book.. its easy to understand

You should prepare part 2 first. It will help in clearing your concepts. Then go for part 1. Because this portion contains theories of different political scientists which are difficult to understand. But if your concepts are already cleared then you will find these theories very easy.
