@ssara.dear sooner or later u vl have to go through all the stuff u have mentioned so it is better to be practical and begin ur preparation.being a student of political science i would suggest u to begin with JUDD HARMONS western political thought us k bad muslim political thought by aslam chaudhry.after this go throug another book named GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD/WORLD GOVERNMENTS it vl clearify ur concepts about system of governments.it is also beneficial to consult a lawyer for latest constitutional book.most of the books available in market are not updated resulting in low marks.

Thanks for your such a nice suggestion..... but at the moment i dont have Harmon (west pol th) .... so have bought aslam chodri of western political sc: now what to do? and please guide me where to start as well i have purchased the political sc: book by aslam chodri ye book dekh kar neend ati he boht moti book he ........ please help me what to do now....

Sara,I consult u to drop Po.science as i also opted pol.science but i dropped it . This subject is quite tough & Waste . . I suggest u to opt Psychology or some other subject which u have interest . .

@ssara,,,my advice is to learn the basics of political science first,,,i.e study that book of mazhar ul haq which has all that state law liberty things first,,,then get hold of political philosophies from plato till allama iqbal(all western and muslims) and then constititutions...they are relatively easy but lengthy,,,since u l have to give some bit of extra time to muslim philosophies coz of their terminolgies,,,rest this subject is easy but toooo long,,,gud luck

Thanks a lot frozen four your nice suggestions... ok it is too long process.. but the thing is that if i do study in this way i just have to read read & read after completing the book i can not remeber the events owing to long process. So, what to do? how to remember .......... and according your experience how much time will give pol sc: in order to grip the subject. now you tell me my background in political sc that is zeor. dont know about the abc of pol sc: (actually ye bandi bilkul duffer he) tell me how to overcome is it possible to cover this subject both paper in 1 and half month.........generally how much time i will have to give the political sc: ...........and please can you give me study plan..... or type study plan for me ..... as i dont know what to read from where to read...................

Don't be confused in different suggestions, just start from the basics, go steadily with your stuff and give 4 hours daily along with rest of half hour after each hour of study, always remember that giving more time is not important, instead gaining knowledge properly in the fixed time is important.... when you will start your study you will be able to see the way ahead clearly....

First of all study the basics of Political science, so that you may be familier with the subject, after that check out the past papers and point out the important topics to study, keep your focus on them, as much you will study your mind will be automatically clear about the next plans....
