Default Should we cram exact wording of acts?

one thing that is confusing me is that in order to write acts, like act of settlement n bill of rights etc,as we cannot cram exact wording of those acts,so can we write in our own words???
n moreover writing in our own words will cause reduction in marx or not???
replyyyyyyyyyyyy

its merely impossible for anybody to reproduce the exact wording of an act ... its fine to write in ur own words ... what matters here is that what u r writing is understable to the examiner n thats it

Just try to understand the topic while studying. remember that question are not asked directly in the exam....keep in mind thatif you have clear idea about each topic then you will be able to write whatever is asked

its not necessasry to cram the exact wording, but You can try to memorize some text..though its a difficult task, yet its not impossible oneMy teahers told me that in exam You have to contain some"ready made"text in your mind,so that you will not find any difficulty during paper to think about appropriate wording...so try to understand the bill or act then cram some text if you can.
regards

well I think its the meaning which matters not the exact wording of the bills or acts. you should produce it in your own words and it should be understandable to the checker and Inshallah you will be fine.
