amna, thank you for this surprising piece of information. it is indeed nothing less than a crime to have lost sight of ambrosial eloquence's islamiat score before making a blatantly incorrect observation. plead guilty! :shy

however, so far it is only our humble ambrosial eloquence who can claim with pride to have got a 70+ score. there may be very few other candidates. this lowly person wanted to make the point that examiners are sometimes tight-fisted in matter of marks. though his declaration has been razed to the ground with the entrance of ambrosial eloquence on the scene, he still believes that islamiat in 2007 was more scoring than in 2008.

well amna, life is treating me really well. i have abandoned plans of visiting middle east this summer. so i am just keeping myself busy with some books, the forum and at the moment; you. how is the ambrosial eloquence doing?

and on your specific request on matter of allocations, i am pleased to tell you that the president is abroad for official business. he is expected back by 21st june. any progress on the front of chairman's appointment is possible after that. there is nothing this lowly person can do to move things for ambrosial eloquence. he can only sympathize.

I would strongly suggest go for Indo Pak Hist if you have interest and this would automatically cover Pakistan Affair.:angle

well it is the question mainly asked,,i have this subject as my optional.i had same query,but later on, when i met some css achievers,they convinced me that it is very scoring provided it would have been written keeping three things in mind...

1-Write Relavant and Authentic Qotations.
2-Write with Headinds and Sub-Headinggs.
3-Draw Maps where necessary

Listen ...indo pak is scoring subject as recently i have had an exprience of PMS and without deep study i scored 110 marks out of 200.it means that one can easily score well if prepare it thorougly..and one thing should be keep in your minds that CSS is 70 % smart work than hard work...
