Nothing is enough!!!
Brother this is a cut-throat competition so Nothing is enough!!! but i 've gone through it and it covers all them important questions from examination's point of view. You can further refine them depending upon the time at your disposal. if you have, I advise you to do it.....

Attempting a question is an art!!!
Quote:
Guessing the most important questions is not a big deal... Just go through the past papers and you will yourself be able to trace almost 70% of the guess... Anyways first give it a try and still if you find any problem regarding any particular topic or dynasty etc. and i will let you know whether or not it is important or not... Regarding the 2nd part of your question, the rule is simple: Keep it simple and straight!!! It means you have to understand the question first and then strike at the heart of the question.... Try to quote at least 3 foreign writers (or native as well)... and Draw maps to illustrate your point of view.... Finally yet importantly, be specific while mentioning the dates (of Era or dynasty or total a period of Rule etc) e.g. If you intend to write on Akbar, irrespective of any particular topic just give the Heading "AKBAR (1556 - 1606) etc. . But if you are not sure about the dates then don't mention them.... It will create a good impression!!! Hope u Got the Answer!!! Regards,

@ Nayab
Approx 9k+ people appeared in CSS exams last time....
You need to stand tall amongst them..... for that matter ....giving headings in black ink is highly recommended....Try to place yourself in the examiner's/checker's shoes and then decide what you ought to do.... Giving headings would enable the checker to reach the kernel of your whole answer!!! would fetch you good marks... So the recipe (tested by my seniors) would be: 1) Give Headings 2) Avoid Cutting and write in a good handwriting. 3) If you are confused about dates and other historical facts, try not to fabricate them. Creates a bad impression! 4) Always quote authors 5) Always end with a conclusion or your own opinion about the subject matter after you quote other authors. 6) Be unbiased! |
