PREAMBLE
From the apostle of ALLAH, for those of Quraysh and the inhabitants of Madina who accepted Islam and adopted the faith, and for those who are subservient to them in war and alliance
Political Clauses
2) Republic and nation of Madina :one political entity against the whole mankind
2) Peace of the republic: Madina is a sanctuary place
3)Sovereignty of ALLAH and Presidency of the prophet (SAWW)
i)IN differences turn to GOD Prophet(SAWW)
ii)In case of dispute and murder if there is further fear of mischief, guidance will be sought from GOD Prophet(SAWW)
iii)Military campaign and war would be declare with the permission of the Prophet (SAWW)
iv) controversies and disputes shall be refer to the decision of GOD Prophet(SAWW)
4)DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS IN WAR AND PEACE
i) War and peace common security to those who goes forth and those who sat at home
ii)Peace would be unanimously resolved, no believer would make peace till resolved.
iii)Believer would be one community, will fight unitedly in ALLAH'S path
iv) Jews and Muslims will be united against any foreign contemplation/invasion
v)Expenditure will be shoulder by the Jews along with Muslims if they fought together
vi) If Muslims are invited for peace Jews will accept and the Jews are invited the Muslims will, except in religious matters
5) PROHIBITION OF CIVIL STRIFE
> Joint action the fighter with the peoples of this convent, mutual love, and concord amongst them, fidelity and faithfulness
6) POLITICAL DUTIES OF NON MUSLIMS
>No none-Muslim can offer refuge to life and property of Quraysh OF Makkah
nor cross the path of Muslims.
