I have also opted Urdu for CSS-2013 and agreed with you. I have enough material for the preparation of Urdu.

There is a candidate who secured 150+ in Urdu in C.E 2011.On the other hand, the average score was between 90-120.Therefore,it depends on you whether you prove your grip over Urdu or not.
