You may consult "Principles of Genetics" by "D. Peter Snustad, ‎Michael J Simmons". It contains all that you require, you can find it in any good library, get the chapters photocopied. You may also consult "Concepts of genetics" by "By William S. Klug, Michael R. Cummings and Charlotte A. Spencer". I don't know whether these are available in the market or not but you will surely be able to get them from any good library.
