Question Anti-concentration of power-US Constitution
hello friends,

Can anyone shed some light on "anti-concentration of power provisions in the U.S Constitution"........This query stems from the CSS paper of year 2000.

dear this is concerned with
"separation of power " and
"system aof checks and balance"
this is anti-concentration of power

yep thanks,,,i guessed so..

So for the provisions,,,do we have to look into article 1,2 and 3 of the US constitution????
