Default "objectivities of constitution"

according to my point of view the objectivities of constitution are similar in most of the countries and states.
it is another thing that in progressive countries the constitution is followed unexpurgated and in developed and poor countries the constitution is only holy book who is not nessesary for obeying.

in dactatorship rule the object of constitution is that to make an environment where the period of govt increase maximum.

in democratic govt the object is the walefare of people

the object of indian constitution is that under the flag and slogan of secularism make a hindu state whose having the rule under few political leaders
the object of pakistan constitution is that under the slogan of islamic rule govt remained under the control in few landloards and businessmans

the objectivities of constitution is given below which are same in all countries

1-guarantee of funndamental rights for everyone
2-surety of liberty and equality
3-promise of administration of justice
4- nomination of sovereginty power
5- method according to the state matter controlled
6- claim of equal distribution of wealth
7- freedom of opinion
8-freedom of opinion and religion matter
9-security of nation
10-prohibition of slavery and forced labour
11-freedom of speech
12- prevention of customs
13-independence of judiciary
14-mention the duties and liabilities of all the people of the state
15-mention the qualification and disqualification for different posts
16- method of selection of govt ruler
17- methods according to the relation with other states can make
18- who can defence of country possible
19-give the solution of problems
20- leaders are responsile their acts
21- give this maxim that all persons are equal in the eyes of law ,no person is above or below the law if any person should violate the law he should be punished according to law
22-constitution oppose banana state and buffer state so he give a clear direection of gove
23- equal economic system for all
24-condemn all non state elements
25-are states are equal
