Default KP PMS 2008 & 2013 papers 100% same...
Not only were the papers 100% same, One question regarding arguments in favor or otherwise of 58(2b) vis-a-vis its repealing from constitution,which has no relevancy in 2013, as it is already repealed vide 18th amendment,was also there. What a non-serious approach on part of Commission! So are not our all institutes at decline? comments solicited.

dear, i don,t think that constitutional law papers of 2008 and 2013 are same. may be some questions seem to be similar, but overall both the papers are quite different. you must contemplate about it.
