dear sir
i have studied int.law for almost a year for css 2014 but due to some reason i was not about to take the css exam in 2014 after seeing the trend and style is it safe to go with this subject for 2015(i am a commerce graduate no background of international law )
moreover kindly give your view about constitutional law as a replacement
